Developer Preview / Technology Preview
The new requirement regarding “Developer Preview” and “Technology Preview” features suggests they would be shown as disabled by default and cluster admins will need to opt-in to enable them. This modal will be shown on top of the OpenShift Virtualization > Create VirtualMachine from InstanceType form that will be disabled until this feature is enabled. For non admins the modal will only include one CTA which is going to the catalog page to create a VirtualMachine from a template.
